Services Provided

We create full-length interpretive documents called Donor Resonance Readings. Each Reading explores patterns, tone, themes, presence, and absence within a donor profile you provide. Readings are delivered as PDF documents via email.
What We Do NOT Offer
Medical, psychological, or professional counseling
Recommendations about whether to choose a specific donor
Personality assessments, compatibility scores, or predictive analysis
Guarantees about outcomes, accuracy, or suitability
Legal, financial, or therapeutic advice
Our Readings are interpretive tools designed to support your reflection. They do not replace professional guidance from fertility specialists, therapists, genetic counselors, or other qualified professionals.
Your Responsibilities
Providing Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete donor profile information. We cannot generate meaningful Readings from incomplete, illegible, or insufficient material.
Use of Readings
You agree to use Readings solely for your personal, non-commercial reflection. You may not:

Use Readings for purposes other than personal donor selection reflection
Claim that our Readings constitute professional recommendations or endorsements
Decision-Making

Payment and Pricing
Fees
All prices are listed on our Site and are subject to change. Payment is required before we generate your Reading.
Payment Processing
We use third-party payment processors (currently Stripe). By providing payment information, you agree to their terms of service.
No Refunds
Because each Reading is custom-generated upon your order, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final.
However, if you believe your Reading was incomplete, substantially failed to meet the described standard, or contains technical errors, please contact us at support@donorresonancereading.com. We will review your concern and work with you in good faith to address the issue.
Delivery and Timeframe
We aim to deliver your Reading within 24 hours of receiving your order and donor profile information. Delivery times may vary based on order volume, technical issues, or holidays.
If we cannot deliver your Reading within a reasonable timeframe, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative resolution.
Intellectual Property
Your Rights
Once delivered, the Reading is yours to keep, print, share with partners or professionals, and use for personal reflection.
